Caring Staffs, Boosting the Harmonious Development of the Enterprise

People oriented; give full scope to the talents has always been the talent concept of NRM. Caring our staffs and valuing their benefits, providing them the best working and living environment, are the basis of the company's development.

The company focused on protecting the rights of each employee. From 2014, the annual leave has increased from 14 to 16 days,; since January, all staffs on night work are getting a increased night grant; suitable food and health-care medicine are provided as the weather getting hotter. Medical examinations are arranged elaborately to ensure the physical and mental health of all staffs. This series of actions motivated and increased the enthusiasm, job satisfaction and sense of belonging of our staffs to a large extent.
